Winter Wonderland Cocktail

Have broken of leftover sugar cookies? Turn them into a delicious, infused cream and use that to make this creamy cocktail! The addition of white chocolate makes this drink taste like a treat.
Serving Size: Two highball cocktails
Time To Prep: 5 minutes
1 quart half and half
5 frosted sugar cookies, plus more for serving
4 ounces vanilla vodka
4 ounces infused cookie cream
2 ounces white chocolate syrup
Vanilla frosting to rim glass
Sprinkles to rim glass
1. In a small saucepan, heat half and half until simmering. Remove from the heat and add in 5 frosted sugar cookies. Allow cookies to steep in the warm milk mixture for at least an hour to infuse flavor. Strain out any remaining cookie bits and chill cream mixture until ready to use.
2. Combine vodka, infused cookie cream, and white chocolate syrup in a blender with 1 cup ice. Blend on high speed until creamy.
3. Rim a highball glass with vanilla frosting and coat in sprinkles. Pour drink into glass and serve immediately.
Cooks Note: Don't have a blender? Shake this drink and serve over ice instead!
