Coconut Cold Brew Rum Shaker

POV: your morning latte went on vacation and came back with a tan. Creamy, cool, lightly spiced, and subtly boozy, this cocktail is perfect for brunch or golden hour.

 

Yield: 1 cocktail

 

Ingredients

2 oz coconut rum

2 oz cold brew coffee

1 oz coconut milk (canned or boxed, unsweetened preferred)

½ oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)

Ice

Ground cinnamon + whole coffee bean, for garnish

 

Instructions:

Fill a shaker with ice, coconut rum, cold brew, coconut milk, and simple syrup.

Shake until frothy and well chilled (about 15 seconds).

Strain into a coupe or serve over ice in a rocks glass.

Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and a whole coffee bean on top.
